The suit is beautiful on. It goes on easily. I swim twice daily and do strenuous exercise in the pool. I found that the "scoop neck" is higher than expected and chafes a bit. I also found that the high cut under the arms is quite irritating. If you are a casual swimmer and want to really look good then this is the suit for you. If you like to exercise in the pool choose another suit. (But it's REALLY pretty on!!)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I'm in the pool every day. This swimsuit is a great fit, has great support, makes me feel and look thinner, and is not the boring basic black. It's girlie, and actually looks like fun!
